Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your fragrance! However, due to the personal nature of our products, we have a strict return policy to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards for all our customers.
Return Eligibility
• We only accept returns or replacements if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or used.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened condition. All packaging, including outer boxes, matte laminated stickers, and protective seals, must be completely intact and untampered with.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your bottle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we are here to help!
1. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Mandatory: Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the exact damage to the product. We require this video to process any damage claims with our courier partners.
3. Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you immediately.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received at our facility and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Prepaid Orders: If approved, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We cannot issue cash refunds. Approved refunds for COD orders will be securely processed via Bank Transfer or UPI. Our support team will contact you to collect your account details, and the transfer will be completed within 5-7 business days.
