Thank you for shopping with us! We carefully pack and ship all orders to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You will receive a notification email or SMS with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

To ensure smooth deliveries and avoid fake orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a quick verification.

• Once you place a COD order, you will receive a WhatsApp message from our team.

• Your order will only be processed and dispatched after you reply to confirm it. Unconfirmed COD orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Orders are dispatched from our facility in Mumbai. Delivery times depend on your location:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days

• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, bad weather, or courier issues out of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this link to check the live status of your delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

We use secure packaging to protect our bottles during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take a clear unboxing video and photos of the package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue immediately.
